Not resolved

My husband and I bought a toy hauler from them in November of 06. We had nothing but trouble with their sales office, John the sales manager (Rude!), service...

and had to talk to Rod, the owner, directly to resolve anything. George Gilbert, the other owner, was of no help. We dealt with: the wrong invertor installed, 3 week delay on service, a walk through with someone who barely knew how to turn on the lights in the fifth wheel, several non- working components in the fifth-wheel, and many, many empty promises. These people would blame anyone and everyone rather than take responsibilty for their own company's mistakes.

We had to threaten the owners with calling the news to get any resolve. We got most of what we had coming to us repaired and didn't go back.

It sounds like matters just got worse... good luck to everyone who is out money

For any customer who wishes to file a consumer fraud complaint against Revolution RV, the following is from the San Diego County DA's office website:

"All crime reports should be directed to the law enforcement agency in the area where the crime occurred. The District Attorney's Office does not take crime reports...

HOWEVER, there are some exceptions. Crimes involving CONSUMER FRAUD, environmental crimes or those involving misconduct of public officials may be reported to the District Attorney's specialized divisions. Call us directly at 619-531-4040"

Everyone who did not receive goods / services as promised / contracted by Revolution RV should file a complaint with the DA's office ASAP.

robbing parts is very popular when your flagging hours....cant order the part cause it would take to long to get, or the bill wasnt payed so you couldnt get it at all.... especially when the trailer goes out in 2 days let alone that day in 2 hours so you robbed the fn part...f**k the other guy cause your not flaggin those hours anyways.....till you get on it and have to explain to the customer what happened to make yourself look better........started a long time ago, nothing new.....

Was it because the owners could not afford to buy replacement parts or because it was the easy was out for the techs?

If parts were really taken from another customers trailer and re-installed on different customer trailers?

I would really like to know.

I never worked in service, are you certain that Rogers tires were not the same ones installed on all the same trailers?

Are you splitting hairs?

What was Rogers resolve? He knows the truth!

I am not covering for service but lets get the facts straight.

most of them we're right and the thing is.......once a tech stole parts off another trailer to fix the one they we're working on to get it out knowing that the part is not the correct one but you just want to get rid of the customer......so yeah the techs messed the trailers up bad putting wrong parts on or not putting them on at all. plane and simple they didnt even know what they we're doing.....they probabely stole rogers tires for another trailer then replaced his with crappy ones they found in stock........
