Revolution RV compliment by Jose Gomez
i was at revolution rv when this guy was there. I was actually embarrassed by his actions when he was buying the trailer. he was demanding, loud and obnoxious. he almost acted like he owned the place or something. i felt sorry for the poor guy that was dealing with him. it can not be the dealers fault that the manufacturer changed tire specifications mid year. if all customers were like this guy, nobody would ever be a salesperson of any product. luckily i don't have to deal with the guy. My experience with revolution rv was very pleasant, through out the entire sale and delivery and service. i would definitly recommend them to anyone looking for an rv.

John,,, No one EVER told me about a change in the middle of the year because not you or anyone else EVER CALLED ME!! And John why don't you return phone calls ?? I have let several messages and mny e-mails with no one ( Including the owner George) ever calling me. So take the time to call me. How many times must I ask you guys TO CALL ME ?? I have no way of contacting you or George. Your gate keepers just say your not in.

Mr. Gomez, For the record (or should I say the truth) Richard the saleman at Revolution rv was doing his job. I was his first sale and I know he did everything within his power Richard did a great job. But after they got my money Richard was out of the picture. As for load, obnoxious,,, I was normaly there late just before they closed (since I don't get off work sometimes untill 8) I was always the only customer there. So Mr. Gomez please call me and refreash my memory.

It is flat out not right to blame a retail dealership for tires in stalled by a trailer manufacture.

Also, just because this person "claims" they are defective, this has not been proven to be the case.
