Revolution Rv would be the place to go if you want to SAVE money..be lied to..treated like a M***** F***** (words of the owners) and be victims of poor business ethics. First an foremost (I would know 1st hand) if you buy your trailer it does not take 3 weeks for them to prep your unit/deliver. When I would call customers to make the apt I was told to push their delivery to 3 weeks due to money issues. Rev RV sells so many units they cannot pay off the ones they have sold to you. So in the 3 weeks your sitting waiting for your unit the owners, G... & R... are stressing hoping they can sell enough to pay off the last month before the monthly audit comes around. When the audit comes around you customers that waited 3 weeks for your unit has a "bad batch of batteries" or "Your parts are in" so they need your unit for about a week so make sure your unit wasn’t effective. All they are doing is holding unit so when the auditor comes through from their lending company it is marked as not sold....so they don’t have to pay you $12,000-$52,000 unit off. If they say your parts are in! DON'T BELIVE THEM! More than likely your parts are not in...They can barely pay the bills at their local hitch provider. Parts department is having problems paying their bills due to other more important departments at revolution rv. So if your parts are suppose to be in, I highly doubt they are and you need to make sure those are your parts and not just robbed off another trailer before you drop your unit off at the Service Center in Ramona to have your parts replaced. Just a little advice from a recent employee who resigned because I didn’t want to lie to the customers anymore!!!

Also...... They got their BBB membership taken away from them! That’s the largest RV dealer in San Diego CA!!!!! We need to shut Rev RV down! Amanda

George since you won't call me this is the only way to get you to listen. Bully ?? Wow .. For the record,,,I did call the factory and they told me that the trailer was shipped with radial tires and they said they had no idea why when I got the trailer it had bias ply tires. That's when the factory said I needed to contact you guys. This whole thing could have been handeld with a simple phone call from yourself or John but insted you decited to take another route. WHY ??

revolution has been a very good customer of ours and has aleasy paid on time and in full 

they have been a great business partner with us and we look foward to a continued relationship with rod and george

these guys have been a very good customer of ours and have done business with us for 5 years. the things stated here by amanda are false as they have always paid on time and in full

Amanda,,, The trailer sits on a lot up at Anza. So far my dad loves it ( I bought for his birthday and he has no idea about the headache that Revolution have given me). My plan is to replace the cheap bias ply tires with good radials. Funny how the happy customers post come just after the bad ones,,,go figure.

Ha! Job back NO THANK YOU!! That is a basket full of problems. I'm sure those customers were promised those items from their SALESPERSON....as all of the sales people do down at all the stores PROMISE!!! and the customer gets nothing and is hung out to dry!! 

On BBB the average Rating is "SATISFACTORY" with the most being 3 complaints!!! You cannot polish a turd!!

It's funny how people take this at face value and do not contact the owner of this company to see for them them selvs. 

Roger Knight has been trying to bully us into giving him radial tires for an rv that does not come with tires. 

we also put him in touch with the factory to see what could be done and they advised him that this trailer did not come with radial tires. 

He then decides to go onto this web site and try to bully revolution rv into giving him something for free by bashing our company. 

also if you look at the bbb web site we have had 17 complaints since we have been open and all of them resolved.  

since we have been open we have sold appx 2800 trailers with only 17 resolved complaints when you look at it that way that's less than .001% a great job for any company. 

far too often people try to bash the reputation of a company to get something for free, like tires a generator or a job back! 

I have decided to address the bashings here and head on and to defend my good employees and business. 

one thing for sure as with all things in the world nothing is perfect we do try to address all problems but if you are reading this then you know that I have not mastered the walk on water thing and most likely neither have you. 

one thing I would like to know, where is the web site for happy customers to say good things I have looked and can not find one.

THANKS to Amanda for clearing the air. 

 

I purchased a trailer from Revolution a couple months ago and got the run-around for weeks. I thought something fishy was going on, but never could confirm it. Finally got my trailer and moved on.... but this was great to read and know that I was right! I knew something was up. 

 

I've warned everyone I've met that was shopping for a new trailer -- something is rotten at Revolution.  

 

Luckily they all had pleasant experiences buying from other dealerships -- my uncle even got his trailer in 2 days! I almost died. 

 

Thanks for being honest with everyone Amanda -- and I hope others see this BEFORE purchasing.  

 

My trailer is working great so far though! But when it comes to upgrade -- I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
